1. Are you a psychiatrist?
No. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. In Arizona, psychiatric nurse practitioners practice independently and can evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe medications.
2. Do you take insurance?
Yes. Crane Harbor Wellness is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Independence Blue Card of Pennsylvania.
Coming soon: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare.

3. Where are you located?
Crane Harbor Wellness has offices in Mesa & Phoenix, AZ and also provides telehealth services to patients located anywhere in Arizona, including Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Flagstaff, Sedona, Scottsdale or wherever you may be located within the state.
4. Do I need a diagnosis before I book?
No. Many people arrive without a clear diagnosis & simply feel like they could be feeling better or life could be easier. We map your history together and look at the full picture.
