Psychiatric Medication Management

Medication can be an important tool when used with care, intention, and collaboration.

We start by reviewing your health history, symptoms, and goals to understand whether medication may be helpful. If medication becomes part of your plan, we monitor progress closely, make adjustments thoughtfully, and consider the overall impact on your daily life.

Our approach to medication includes choosing medications when beneficial, using the lowest effective dose, and supporting your mind and body through nutrition, supplements, and

The focus is steady, responsible use -so you feel informed, supported, and confident in your treatment.

Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluation

Your first appointment includes a structured, in-depth evaluation designed to help you gain clarity. We explore your medical history, mental health history, symptoms, stressors, functional challenges, and goals.

Instead of relying on quick labels, we work to understand patterns and design a plan that makes sense for your life. Evaluations take time and care because you deserve an accurate diagnosis.

Support for Anxiety, ADHD, Stress, and Neurodivergence

Many people seek care due to chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, difficulty focusing, “not feeling like themselves”, or symptoms that feel confusing or hard to manage alone.

We help you understand what you’re experiencing, explore treatment options, and identify practical changes that support relief and long-term progress.

Care may include:

-       Medication management

-       Mind-body strategies

-       Sleep optimization

-       Practical tools

-       Supplement recommendations

-       Lifestyle & behavioral strategies

-       Education to help you understand your symptoms

Deprescribing (When Medication Is No Longer Helpful)

If you’re on medications that aren’t working, cause difficult side effects, or no longer align with your goals, we can explore safe deprescribing. This process consists of slowly reducing or switching medications when clinically appropriate.

Deprescribing at Crane Harbor Wellness emphasizes:

-       Safety

-       Symptom stability

-       Gradual, thoughtful change

-       Avoiding abrupt withdrawal

When done carefully, many people experience clearer thinking, fewer side effects, and improved functioning.

Labs and Genetic Testing

In some cases, laboratory testing or genetic testing (pharmacogenetic analysis) may help guide treatment. These tools can help identify metabolic variations, nutritional considerations, or medication response.

Testing is used selectively — not automatically. When results are helpful, they can help refine your treatment plan and support more personalized decisions.
